Citywide EM will serve to be a resource for all EM residents of the city of Philadelphia to share ideas to promote physician wellness. We wish to work towards ending the separation between residency programs  that often exists by offering a central repository for ideas to aid in bringing residents and residency programs together. Citywide EM will be owned and maintained by all Philadelphia EM residency programs.
